  3. Make allies & learn to source talent more broadly. Skilled talent will be hard to come by and even harder to keep, especially when it comes to exceptional design and tech professionals. Small companies and independent freelancer are where the talent lies.
  4. Tell the truth and nothing but the truth. As greenwashing becomes a serious business risk in 2023, it will be your job to actively create truthful and engaging sustainability marketing messages.
  5. Stand out with CX. Aim to stand out from the crowd by creating meaningful customer experiences that differentiate your brand from the competition.
  6. Get creative in the metaverse. Discover new ways to offer your clients hybrid customer experiences as the current AR solutions just aren’t doing it for people.
  7. Don’t despair, customers still have money to spend. Despite economic downturn household spending will increase by at least 6%.
